This is an amazing place! We visited for the World Cup, and Catherine’s price for a beautiful condo was more affordable than a single hotel room. The view from the balcony is to die for, and it was nice being so close to the waterfront and Pike’s Place Market. Despite many homeless people in the area, the condo felt very safe and secure, with key fob entry and staff at the front desk 24-7. Having a Target literally underneath the building was super convenient whenever we needed snacks or extra toiletries. I would recommend this place 100% for anyone visiting Seattle!
Catherine was very friendly and helpful. The condo has the absolute best location and waterfront view. The decorations are tasteful. The bed and sofa are comfortable. The kitchen is functional with all the basics needed for a comfortable stay. The condo has other amenities that we wish we had more time to enjoy. We will stay here again next time we visit Seattle and will definitely recommend it to others.
We adored this space and it's location. The VIEWS are amazing! Watching the sunsets were stunning, watching the hustle of the market was fun. Everything we needed was close at hand. The space was clean and comfortable. When we had one tiny issue, our host was quick to respond. When we arrived SO LATE due to a flight issue, she was responsive and flexible. We would love to be able to stay here again in the future.
We really liked the location! It was close to all the sights we were planning on seeing! The condo was clean and really worked for us. Catherine was a great host, by greeting us when we arrived, showing us around the building and always answered any questions we had! We had a great visit!

An amazing place to stay if you’re visiting Seattle! The best views ever from the balcony overlooking Pike Place, the ferris wheel and the ocean. Catherine was super friendly and accommodated our late check in while still giving us a full tour of the place! 100% would definitely stay here again.
Lovely location with a wonderful host, Catherine was responsive and met us for a quick tour on our arrival. She was friendly and understanding/flexible with some errors I made making the reservation the location is central to everything you could possibly want in downtown Seattle as a visitor. The apartment was very clean and everything worked as it should. The view was spectacular, and although one wall was basically all windows, they were sufficiently insulated so that it was still sufficiently peaceful when sealed for the night. Will be recommending to anyone I know looking for a place in the downtown Seattle area.
I truly enjoyed my stay here, everything was to our liking from the convenience and location to the amazing restaurants recommended by Catherine. Definitely will be staying here in the future for any business I have in Seattle.
I can’t say enough good things about this place and our host Catherine. The apartment was beautifully decorated, had a great view, sparklingclean, in the middle of everything, and a gracious host! We loved the secured parking because we were traveling and needed to keep things locked in our car. While we didn’t use all of the amenities, the pool, hot tub, sauna, rooftop patio, and common room all looked amazing.
🌟 Amazing Stay in Seattle! I had a great stay at Catherine’s place while in town for work. The location was fantastic — easy to get around and close to everything I needed. The space itself was perfect for my business trip — comfortable, clean, and just right for both relaxing and getting work done. Catherine’s hospitality was excellent; she was welcoming and made sure everything was smooth during my stay. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next business trip to Seattle! 😊
I really enjoyed staying at Catherine's condo. This wonderful condo is in a great down location with beautiful unobstructed views of Elliot bay, Pike's market, The Seattle great wheel & The Olympic mountains. The condo was clean and stocked with everything you need to make yourself at home. The building is also above a target store so your essential needs are right there or you can visit any of the many local restaurants that are in walking distance. Catherine is a awsome host with a beautiful Condo in a wonderful city. This is a must repeat! ☆☆☆☆☆
