Great stay at Catherine’s place. My only comment that would have made it easier is that the documents that require to be completed at booking were sent as PDF’s would really make the process smoother for all of sent in an editable document.
We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect—right next to Pike Place Market and incredibly convenient for exploring all the local spots. Catherine was a fantastic host and even met us late at night for check-in, which we really appreciated. The place also has beautiful views. We had a great experience and would definitely stay here again!

We were in town for our son to have surgery and recover. We wound up getting into town really late and Catherine was very understanding and in constant communication to make sure we got checked in. The place is beautiful and very conveniently located. Catherine was super responsive and helpful with anything we needed. 10/10, would stay again!

Very beautiful cozy place. We stayed with three adults (only people over 15 years old allowed) and the third stayed on the sofa. The beds are large so you could probably comfortably stay with three couples or folks willing to share though it may get a bit tight in common spaces. The decor and details are perfect. Felt like a home. View is unmatched. Check in requires host so ensure you are arriving at a reasonable time. Host is super responsive. Managed building so HOA/rental agreements required. Be sure to read entire listing for all the details which are clearly laid out. Worked really well in terms of proximity to public transport shopping at various hotels (we were there for a conference so this was convenient to that hotel). Would recommend for sure.
What a fabulous stay. Everything was great throughout. Catherine was a wonderful host. Her communication was great. She was timely and responsive to all my questions. She met us at the unit and personally toured us through the apartment and building. Her local knowledge and recommendations were helpful. The unit itself was great. It is elegant with spectacular views, but also cozy and comfortable. It was just my wife and I, but it would be great for a family. The unit was well stocked and met all our needs. The building had great amenities and we made use of the pool, hot tub and sauna daily. The location was fabulous! You are at the market with great access to arts and entertainment. We’ve stayed in Seattle many times and you couldn’t do much better than this. Overall at 5+ experience. We hope to be back!
Amazing property! Close to all the attractions! We had an amazing time, and Catherine the host, made sure we had every little thing to make it a memorable trip. Would highly recommend this place.
This is hands down my new favorite place to stay in Seattle! Catherine was so accommodating and very helpful. Loved the snacks she left out for us and her place is super clean and comfy!!!! We are coming back to Catherine’s spot!
Everything about Catherine’s condo is perfect. The location, the accommodations, the views, the pool and hot tub, the appliances in the kitchen, Target being in the same building. We were steps from Pike Place Market and walking distance to everything we wanted to see. The views out the windows were incredible and Catherine’s art inside made it feel like she put a lot of love into her home. There were lots of blankets which we appreciated, towels for the pool, laundry soap. All the details have been thought about in this condo. We visit Seattle often and won’t stay anywhere else moving forward. It was everything we could have asked for. Make sure to get the city pass to save money and see more attractions. The Underground tour and ghost tours are a must. Morning walks to see Pike Place and the city wake up is such a neat experience. Catherine’s condo is perfect for all of this. We walked everywhere.
This unit is perfect! Feels very homey, close proximity to a ton of attractions. Unit is fully stocked with everything you may need. Catherine is a great host! Extremely helpful and responsive. Would highly recommend.
